PROJECT OVERVIEW

Rapipago, Argentina's leading extra-banking service, needed a way to manage and track deliveries across its vast network of kiosks and branches.

PROBLEM

No centralized order-management system existed. Deliveries were tracked in fragments — slowing operations, hiding status from clients, and making transparency impossible at scale.

SOLUTION

A delivery-tracking platform designed and developed from scratch, giving each user role a purpose-built way to manage and monitor deliveries in real time — on one shared source of truth.

RESEARCH & DISCOVERY

Who is who? We started with stakeholder workshops and user interviews to map workflows across six roles — before committing to a single screen.

PROCESS

  • Conducted in-depth stakeholder interviews for each role.
  • Identified user stories from real workflows and challenges.

OUTCOME

A clear set of user stories and role-based requirements that defined the MVP scope.
